My experience spans over 25 years in financial and operational management field across the Commercial, Local Government, Private sector and NGO sector. My reporting lines includes, direct report to Managing Directors, CEO’S and Global CFO’s of various companies on all major financial, business analysis and Project / Programme related matters. I have been involved in decision making on cost, revenue, business improvements, systems implementation, and operational issues, as well as in the review of key business performance indicators by departments, projects and programme. I have completed over 34 audits, consisting of both external auditors and HMRC audits also, I am also the first accountant to steer my organisation to the largest tax refund from the Polish Tax Authority, I am very pleased to add I have received written confirmation of my high competence in providing final reports from external audit professionals both from private audit organisations and the HMRC. Where necessary I implemented controls policies and monitoring processes with a view to increasing net profit margins including hands on approach to reduce overspend. I also produce and manage cash flow forecasts, cash management analysis reports, money market investments, and budget variance to forecast reports with specific emphasis on profitability projection. I have expert knowledge and understanding of the UK, European, Polish and US Tax, financial and accounting systems, processes and broader environment. I am presenting excellent communications skills and networking ability as well as multicultural environment working experience. These are my strengths. I received recent recognition by the American Chamber of Commerce to serve on their committee on Tax and Financial services. I have been also engaged in high level discussions with the U.S. Ambassador to Poland about joint venture programs.
