CurrentInbenta, a SaaS platform, is a global leader in a new class of enterprise AI and semantic search technology for customer support and e-commerce. As a CSM, I manage a portfolio of 20 enterprise Accounts for the French and Spanish markets.I am in charge of the renewal of the contracts, conduct QBR and being the main point of contact to deliver as much value as possible to ensure satisfaction rate.Client onboarding, backstage and products demo are part of my day-to-day.I monitor customer usage data through our backstage but also analysing it on Excel. Different scenarios allow me to get the Account's health score and taking action to retain and growth inside the organization.
