In charge of the Hang Seng Index (HSI) options book: market-making, risk managing, proprietary trading.Leadership and Team Management• Positioned the HSI book ahead of the financial crisis in 2008, and persuaded senior management of the necessity to do the same for the whole team.• Presented the Index Flow team's market views and trading positions to management daily.• At the request of senior management, supervised two interns, who received the highest evaluations in their class.Decision Making and Analytics• Analyzed the market thoroughly to determine key trading parameters, increasing arbitrage opportunities.• Boosted JPMorgan's market share from #9 to #1 in less than 18 months, managing transactions of $100 million per day on average.• Multiplied the multi-million dollar revenue of the HSI book by a factor of five between 2007 and 2008.• Ranked #1 analyst trader worldwide and #3 trader in Hong Kong in 2008 in terms of revenue.Client Relationship Management• Tested and implemented the adoption of new software for the entire Equity Derivatives Group, resulting in a 50% gain in client pricing time.• Studied cross-asset correlation and products, which increased the number of products offered to clients.• Ranked #1 on HSI by Institutional Investor Magazine in 2007 and 2008, the most valuable ranking in the industry, established through surveys of asset managers and hedge funds.

Participated in the MIT Consulting Program, done in lieu of a thesis at the end of the Masters degree.• As a group leader of three people, analyzed the strategic interest and the technical feasibility of two different projects, before presenting the results to clients:• Solved the problems related to scaling up the production of a new line of cereal products.• Improved a drug's physical structure in order to improve its dissolution in the human body.

• In charge of research, headed a team of four people.• Conducted research on palladium complexes for a project whose applications' market is US$10 billion a year.• Presented the results to senior management.

Liaised between SATEE's (a JV of Alstom Transport) management and the local workforce of >50 employees in a factory building Shanghai's metro cars.• Catalogued the inventory of the workshop, resulting in an 11% decrease in inventory costs.• Implemented the Toyota 5S methodology in the factory, which resulted in 10% productivity gain.• Reorganized the production line, improving coordination between management and production.• Increased the stock capacity of the factory by 67%, enabling a higher number of client orders.

• As a lieutenant, commanded 30 recruits in the French skiing troops.• Led the section during cross-country skiing and shooting field exercises; taught recruits military codes of conduct and military tactics basics.
