• Managing some of the biggest UK retailers in the Vehicle Parts & Accessories vertical• Acting as a main point of contact with the client• Prioritising and distributing tasks to the internal teams• Consulting clients about the best practices for growing their e-commerce presence• Performing in-debt market and competitor analysis• Offering strategic advice about the product mix and marketing strategy• Scheduling and leading frequent meetings with the client and 3rd party representatives• Reporting technical issues and guiding the support team in finding the quickest resolution
