Hired 11 employees in total and provided reviews to ensure staffs’ team building and career development on monthly basis. • Review sales reports and make adjustments on sales activities to ensure that they are aligned with the budget, compare expenditures to actual financial gains and relate them with the budget.• Develop customer service approach for the business, to ensure customer satisfaction is a priority by offering presentations to enlighten customers and staff on the importance of the products and the services offered.• Compare the short and long term goals of the continuously adopting to the environment business model, hire most qualified and skilled employees according to the budget, focusing on the training, coaching and mentoring of in house and outsourced staff.• Carry out plans to promote different product categories, multiple websites development, design and functionality. Search Engine Optimization, inventory ordering, sales, budgeting for the business, create monetary arrangements, and handle challenges on taxes and other financial obligation of the business.• Ability to work with low to moderate yearly revenue streams, by cutting operational costs, contract renegotiations and finding new suppliers/vendors/drop shippers.
