• Ensured overall and day-to-day management of the company engaged in commodity trade finance and holding activities in EU with balance of EUR 500m and turnover of EUR 75m• Led the implementation of two new products offered to the Group clients• Investigated from legal and tax perspective several new financial products that can potentially be offered with the existing corporate structure• Ensured proper administration of financing transactions and collateral monitoring• Established internal and external processes from scratch: office, bookkeeping, invoicing, corporate approvals, work with external suppliers (audit, legal and tax advisors)• Integrated business processes into the Group standards; ensured monthly, quarterly, annual and special Group reporting• Prepared and presented all Management Board meeting materials (4 times per year + resolutions), chaired the Board meetings
