About Stanislav Shaklein

Contrary to what most people prefer, I don’t mind being taken out of my comfort zone. In fact, I believe my mind is sharpest when it’s faced with a new challenge, forced to think differently. That’s why I chose to be an engineer – to use my technical skills to do some good in the world while also being challenged on a daily basis. Engineering forces you to think outside the box to solve unique problems while simultaneously abiding by and adhering to established rules and guidelines for design processes. It’s certainly a challenge, but I like it that way. My whole life, I’ve quickly gotten bored with anything repetitive and monotonous. But not just any type of engineering was going to allow me to find fulfillment in my work. I want the problems I solve to positively impact the world – I believe this world can become a better place by improving constantly improving existing technologies and creating new ones. And so, my passion for sustainability, along with my aptitude for innovative problem-solving, drove me to pursue my Master’s in Green Engineering. As I do with all challenges in life I embraced this one, completing my thesis on heterogeneous catalysts based on renewable polysaccharides while serving as a teacher assistant for SCE Academic College of Engineering, which helped me finely hone my technical skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities.I love engineering because it forces me to think outside the box to find the best solution. And I love being in the environmental engineering field because I know I’m helping make a difference in the world. If you’re looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, hard-working engineer for your team, connect with me! I’m interested in continuing my journey in a green engineering, environmental engineering, process engineering, or chemical engineering position!Conferences:Participation in a conference in Spain, University of Cantabria (June 2019). Presentation of a poster in the field of heterogeneous catalysts based on renewable polysaccharides. Winning an Outstanding Poster Award.Ambitious | Analytical analysis capability | Team work | Excellent interpersonal skillsContact:shaklein.stanislav@gmail.com+972-545572431
