• Monitoring and analyzing the volume and range of dealer orders for spare parts and accessories• Market analysis. Forecasting the turnover of spare parts and accessories. • Planning the business development for original spare parts at individual dealer enterprises and across the dealer network as a whole.• Developing, introducing and monitoring the implementation various commercial promotions for spare parts and accessories in the dealer network• Visiting dealer enterprises and ensuring their compliance with the standards of the car manufacturer in the fields of purchasing, storing and selling spare parts and accessories• Collaborating with dealers regarding increasing the turnover of spare parts and accessories, line extension and the observation of financial discipline as set by the car manufacturer• Developing the wholesales of spare parts by dealers • Collaborating with the head office of the car manufacturer on the launch of new products on the Russian market.• Analysis of reclamations provided by dealers and working with suppliers. Searching for new suppliers.• Providing an analysis of the central warehouse and recommendations on improving the level of service in relation to the dealers• Working with electronic catalogues, databases and information analytical systems.• Preparing materials for catalogues and brochures on accessories.

Key responsibilities: • Preparing the requirements for the warehouse of spare parts of the dealer centre and working with the KIA dealer centre for spare parts.• Preparing training program for managers of the spare parts department at the dealer centres.• Developing, introducing and monitoring the purchases of minimal stock reserves for KIA spare parts, KIA special-purpose tools, diagnostic equipment and KIA technical literature• Developing and introducing a trading policy, a motivation scheme and discounts on spare parts for dealers.• Daily telephone contact with dealers on purchasing KIA spare parts, KIA special-purpose tools, diagnostic equipment and technical literature.• Training dealer centre employees to work with DCS program for ordering KIA spare parts. Consulting dealers in ordering spare parts.

Key responsibilities: • Establishing a dealer centre in accordance with the requirements of the car manufacturer.• Primary training of the personnel at the dealer centre. • Initial purchasing of spare parts, special-purpose tools and equipment. • Structural changing of dealers, thereby facilitating the optimal and efficient functioning of the dealer centre.• Developing and improving the business policy for after-sale support of automobiles by dealers and sub-dealers.• Negotiating with dealers on goals, financial incentives and various assignments.• Development of wholesaling at dealers • Improving after-sale support (quality of service rendered to the clients, warranty implementation, recall campaigns and special technical operations). Guarantee of quality and efficiency in its development.• Overseeing the implementation of plans by dealers, analyzing the business results of after-sale support, expenses on warranties, quality of service.• Monitoring the financial discipline of dealers.
