- Worked in a UX team on the company's largest project (Disney Dreamlight Valley, with more than 1.3 million active players). - Tested across various platforms, primarily Windows and Xbox. - Found method helped me to investigate and devs to resolve numerous issues the reasons for which were unknown. In the future it helped to avoid more than 80% of similar issues.- Later I focused on Customer Care issues, including investigating the root causes and reproduction steps. Independently investigated more than 400 Customer Care issues.- Optimized the pipeline for investigating Customer Care issues, increasing the resolution rate for P0, P1, and P2 bugs to 80-90% consistently (up from 30-50% previously). Currently, the resolution rate for P0 and P1 issues is approaching 100% within two weeks after each update.- Took part in writing test cases, test plans, checklists, and tutorials.
