I am responsible for RelativityOne (e-discovery product) availability monitoring, which is based on NewRelic Scripted Browser monitor running JavaScript Selenium test to verify whether core product functionalities are available for end users.I specialize in designing, developing, and maintaining automated releases and deployment processes using custom-built GitHub Actions workflows. My role involves ensuring seamless and efficient deployment processes across all cloud-hosted tenants. I work with both Python and PowerShell scripts to programmatically perform operations needed to achieve the goal. As a result As a result I have implemented Selenium test versioning and the ability to easily upgrade or rollback our availability test on production instances.As SRE I am combining operational and engineering knowledge with the necessary creativity to develop new solutions to emerging challenges and to optimize existing systems and processes. My daily responsibilities include monitoring application health to proactively address evolving outages before they escalate, as well as managing incoming incidents related to product performance and availability. The main goal is to swiftly identify root causes and remediate issues to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.

I am developing PowerShell automation scripts which are triggered on monitoring host via Windows Task Scheduler to cover repetitive daily tasks. Usually automation scripts are integrated with SPLUNK alerting system to process data generated by PowerShell and notify operations team about captured issues or coming manual duties.I am responsible for maintenance, stability and availability of identity management solution delivered by One Identity, which is handling more than 500,000 identities on 3,000 applications. I am monitoring platform components like web server, application server, database server, API server etc and ensuring that events are appropriately filtered and categorized. Based on the arranged events assignment I am taking care that the right actions are performed.I am installing deployment packages provided by development team on different environments along with production one. I also monitor those new releases in close alignment with other teams and identify issues during the deployment and operation process before they occur on production system.I analyze incidents based on SPLUNK monitoring alerts and feedback from development and support teams. I create and document incidents and problems within the ticketing system. Non-solvable tickets are forwarded to other teams or solution provider.

I am designing and building automations for as many repetitive tasks as possible using PowerShell scripting. To be able to achieve the goal I have developed many PowerShell modules related to necessary data transformations which are required in every report or dataset processed. I take care of code speed execution, as well as the optimization of my device resource consumption. Understanding of general concept of multithreading and multiprocessing accordingly with PowerShell available techniques allowed me to speed up operations done within the script and make a better use of computer resources. As a result I capable of delivering very complex reports everyday, on customer’s order, where combining data from different tools is required. I am also responsible for maintenance and customization of Nexthink Infrastructure according to particular Customer needs. Creation of Investigations, Dashboards and Modules on Nexthink Portal. Assigning appropriate access for users willing to be able to use Nexthink, according to the data which they are allowed to display. I monitor End User Devices health on different customers environments using Nexthink. I proactively analyze trends and propose actions to avoid issues expansion. My responsibility is to identify the root cause of problems, point out machines where the issue occurred and how many users are impacted. I am obligated to document findings, steps which were performed in order to resolve the issue and potential resolution. On daily basis I prepare reports which represent current health of devices I various areas, both software and hardware. In each report I am trying to find common factors in group of machines which are performing very well, and those which are affected by malfunction.
