Managing projects of set top boxes and gateways (hardware and software):- project execution from the kick off until the first delivery of the product,- preparation of project scope definition, goals and deliverables in collaboration with all involved project members,- preparation of project plan and workload calculation,- coordinate the relationships and communications between project members during the project life cycle,- planning and management of the activities, their priorities, delivery times, budgets, risks and critical issues.

PMPoland is company providing equipment for paper industry (paper making machines).My responsibilities:- project coordination from design preparation phase, through manufacturing, assembly and machine start-up at customer site.- creation and maintaining of project master schedule, - project progress monitoring, - budgets controlling,- project cash flow control,- communication with customer (design approval meetings, project reviews etc),- project procurement supervision (participation in negotiations with crucial project delivery suppliers),- participation in on-site assembly.Main customers:- YFY, Taiwan- YFY, China- Mondi Steti, Czech Rep - Rubezhnoye Cardboard and Packaging Mill, Ukraine- Frantschach Swiecie, Poland- Metsa Tissue, Krapkowice
