Responsible for the management, supervision, planning, and conducting all aspects of 92A ALC and 92A and 92Y Military Occupational Specialty reclassification courses in accordance with U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Course Management Plan and Program of Instruction (POI); leads, mentors, trains and is directly responsible for 25 NCO Instructors and over 400 students annually; coordinates and plans all internal staff training activities, support, and equipment needs; responsible for the Quartermaster Battalion Staff Self Development, Instructor Development, and Faculty Recognition Programs; ensures Staff, Faculty, and Students comply with safety and environmental protections rules, regulations, and laws; provides feedback and recommendations to proponent agencies on course development and content; responsible for all administrative, training, and logistical operations for 3/117th RTI QM BN.

Maintains accurate accounting and reporting of property book equipment for units and activities within the Battalion. Monitors and participates in the redistribution of unit excess by recommending transfer and turn-in of property book items as appropriate. Process lateral transfer of equipment as recommended by the PBO. Maintain property book accountability utilizing automated systems and/or related manual processes to account for property. Manage accountable items inventory processes for all Battalion units and validate all adjustment documents resulting from inventory discrepancies. Manage supporting documents for all transactions in accordance with AR 710-4 and AR 25-400-2. Provide advice and guidance on property book policies, processes and procedures to supply and non-supply personnel Ensure 100 percent property accountability is maintained, all authorized equipment is on hand, on valid requisition, or redistribution directive.
