My primary role involve the organizational OKR and taking care of the international operations including (Product development, Revenue team, Own and Operated Businesses).As the company started as a Venture Corporates, we do have our invested portfolios in various space. My roles involve in these portfolio and project management, would be immerse myself by providing a consulting role to support these portfolio to be successful, such as Go-to-market strategy, operation excellence and processes. Nonetheless, my core role would be focus on our own-and-operated technology and teams.

Key KPI as Revenue on Country level (Malaysia)-focusing on Planning 12 months campaigns and execution-involve highly in 360 marketing channels activation in order to achieve specific Revenue KPIs monthly to quarterly -involve in consulting and training the team to promote highly efficient and result oriented team -Tableau and Google Dashboard would be my go-to for daily performances tracking and analysis, such as Revenue performances, Root-cause analysis in order to pinpoint causes and improved efficiency to increased revenue generation from bookings. Excel usually is the primary go-to to collect primary data's.

Focuses on Key OTA Product-where it contributed majority of the revenue from OYO-Tableau and Excel is our go-to for business intelligence and insight, where it helps us to plan the Pricing strategy effectively.-Managing the product's onboarding and offboarding processes with the integration from Partners such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Traveloka,Trip.com and B2B provider such as Hotel.com.Most notable achievement, involved in a project where we plan strategies together with OTAs partner in order to increase room-night utilization and also drop-off rate for last-mins cancellation as it usually affects Revenue performances, as hotel rooms are perishable.Payoff, we have achieved a great success of having OTA channel as our Core Hero Product that generates 80% of the revenue. and Hence setup a new department that mainly focuses on OTA performances instead of having the focus on own and operated app alone.
