I coached a CEO client struggling with depression over turning 60 and mounting demands from his Board eager for an IPO. He was exhausted and was beginning to lose the motivation to push on. He agreed to do the Personal Directions process with me. The result was a new vision of himself that re-engaged him in leading his team toward the IPO; and, creating an action plan with his wife resulting in better health for them both.VALUE: I am passionate about bringing maximum value to my clients. My goal is to incorporate areas of expertise that I have developed over the past 25 years. Early in my career I was a licensed counselor working with individuals and families in crisis. I taught Assertive Communications through the Univ.of Calif. and wrote The Assertive Woman, a classic assertive communications book. Through LHH I specialized in career coaching with executives in transition and was part of the team that built the Leadership Development and Global Executive Coaching business. And my coach training with Corporate Balance Concepts equipped me to work with health and wellness, exercise and nutrition.
