As a member of an exclusive international team, providing experienced and support to the Royal Saudi Air Force by maintaining all Course Control Documents (CCDs) associated with approved courses. Reviewing CCDs developed by instructors for correct formatting, applicability to training requirements, and compliance with RSAF directives.Advising and coordinating with instructor personnel in the development of new courses to meet training requirements and update/maintain existing courses.Responsible for coordinating with the RSAF Headquarters Director of Air Force Training (DAT) concerning all courses. Responsible for coordinating with all Saudi air bases concerning course development and performing annual reviews with the appropriate agencies of existing course ware. Primarily accountable for Instructional System Development.

Responsible for the management, development, and daily supervision of the activities of a 112 military instructors and Arabic translators, distributed over three (3) diverse Training Support Teams (TST): Indirect Fires, Engineer Company, and the Internal Security Operations. Provides advice and training assistance to US Army (Office of the Program Manager) Advisors, Saudi Arabia National Guard (SANG) Commanders and primary staff officers, and colleagues on all matters related to Engineer, Fire Support, and Internal Security Operations. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Participate in business development and proposal writing activities as required to support program growth. Responsible for employee recruitment, development, and retention. Ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of all training assessments, aids, and devices. Received the highest possible ratings (Exceptional) on all performance appraisals from the Director of Training and the Program General Manager. Responsible for all fiscal transactions and budgeting for temporary duty, overtime, and resource requests.

Responsible for training, educating, coaching, and mentoring 64 mid-career Field Grade Officers (Majors). Primary area of emphasis concerns presentation of graduate level instruction dealing with the planning, solving, and execution of complex problems. Prepares, administers, and grades examinations, homework, and practical exercises and assists in the preparation of academic efficiency reports. Writes and revises doctrinal and instructional material for at least one primary lesson (Full Spectrum Operations) while serving as an Assistant Staff Group Advisor. Received a superior rating from the Assistant Commandant.
