• Recorded damage reports on equipment• Supervise and coordinate terminal vessel operations and staff• Set up vessel operations plans • Assist with preparing vessel orders• Check berth conditions for docking, work areas for safe operation and ensure all labor has been assembled for adequate and efficient operations• Monitor vessel production and ensure high productivity level is maintained• Updated vessel coordination on progress of vessel• Supervise all vessel and yard activities such as loading and discharging ships.• Supervise and work closely with the stevedore foreman• Attend safety meetings with managers from different departments

• Assed, recruited, and trained 400+ new employees on various container ship. Ex. Basic ship working, trained how to safely work on container vessels (OOG lifts).
