Responsible for the administration of personnel assigned to the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Repair workcenter and the material condition and readiness of systems and equipment under the cognizance of the workcenter including 10 363-ton centrifugal air conditioning plants, 5 7-ton reciprocating refrigeration plants, and various refrigerated spaces and ventilation systems as ship undergoes a Reactor Core Overhaul (RCOH).

Responsible for the administration of personnel assigned to Auxiliaries Division and the material condition and readiness of systems and equipment under the cognizance of Auxiliaries Division including 6 300-ton centrifugal air conditioning plants, 3 7-ton reciprocating, R-114 refrigeration plants, and 2 ALCO 251 Diesel Generators.

• NAVSEA interface with INSURV. Responsible for establishing Memorandum of Addendum, schedule quarterly PRESINSURV/SEA 05 meetings, schedule INSURV material inspection visits by NAVSEASYSCOM HQ personnel, and track/resolve INSURV Recommended Action Messages (RAM) and Technical Issue Papers (TIP) including feedback reports generation.• Responsible for gathering information from various In-Service Engineering Agents (ISEA) for programs being tracked under Top Management Attention/Top Management Issues (TMA/TMI), Engineering for Reduced Maintenance (ERM), and Capital Investment for Labor (CIL) programs for review at quarterly TMA/TMI conferences for review by the Fleet Maintenance Mangers.• Responsible for coordinating resources for various conferences, including quarterly video teleconference for TMA/TMI conferences, Cost Wise Readiness Team, and Material Assessment Cross Functional Team.• Provide general administrative support for Maintenance Process Improvement Team (SEA 05N)
