Technical Field Services covering 13 Southern states, Puerto Rico and Mexico. Responsible for mills, converters, RRCs, and all customers from a quality and technical support perspective. Working with sales and manufacturing to adequately address the voice of our customers. The Quality goal of our group is to ensure our customers recommend and reorder our products.

 Develop working knowledge of Appleton’s processes, requirements, and personnel. Work with Technical, Planning, and Mill to develop trial plans. Coordinate and manage paper machine trials of Appleton products. Work as the liaison, single point of contact, between Planning, Logistics, and Mill Production as needed to resolve scheduling issues. Coordinate and resolve any quality issues or concerns between Appleton and the mill  Suggest and/or participate in opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline process on all products. Maintain knowledge and control over previous responsibilities with limited support from some temporary assignees.
