PRODUCTION/MANUFACTURINGSupervise section in accordance with JMG policies & manufacturing procedures. Accounting for section productivity& quality.   General supervision of section.Adherence to JMG policies and procedures.Supervise and co-ordinate shift start, close, breaks, shift changeover, overtime, and shift assignment.Co-ordinate employee vacations, absenteeism, replacement of staff.  Train and develop section personnel.  Ensure a clean, tidy and safe work environment.    Act as section representative on other teams, projects.     Adherence to JMG manufacturing procedures.   Deliver section production plan.     Confirm weekly plan material availability including shortages.   Co-ordinate material to point of use as weekly plan.   Use approved standard BOM components only.Monitor consumables usage and ensure availability.  Meet efficiency improvements target.   Maintain tooling list and ensure availability.   Supervise daily general cleaning program.     Coordinate and participate in preventive maintenance program, ensure equipment availability.   Prepare for and participate in inventory control audit.  QUALITYMeet Quality improvements targets. Understand and adhere to the JMG quality control manual.    Inspect incoming parts.    Producing quality components using visual inspection to identify any weld defect and correcting them Maintain quarantine area and documentation log.     Maintain tool calibration and record.   Audit QA checklist for content, accuracy and completion.   Complete ISO internal audit as scheduled TRAINING inPrepared materials and workshop for learning activities.Observed and evaluated welders' performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.Developing lesson plan and scheduling training for weldersEstablished clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects and communicated those objectives to welders.
