- Provided training, support, and guidance for over 60 YES Abroad participants in 6 countries prior to their 10-month student exchange experience (Countries include Thailand, Turkey, Ghana, Indonesia, India, and Malaysia) - Conducted international site visit to assess on-program experience and conduct training with local staff. - Managed over 3 social media networks to post weekly participant/alumni highlights- Trained, mentored, and overseen the work load of 2 seasonal staff members as they support the YES Abroad team.- Fostered and maintained positive relationships cross-departmentally within AFS, with AFS volunteers and field staff, as well as with external partners such as the U.S. Department of State, U.S. embassies abroad, and other YES Abroad program implementing organizations.- Coordinated program-specific logistics as needed, including travel, orientation planning, and event implementation.

AFS is an intercultural exchange nonprofit that is dedicated to cross-cultural learning and understanding. Uncommon Schools is an education nonprofit that focuses on closing the achievement gap and preparing students to graduate college. As a Regional Schools Coordinator, I was responsible for:- Supporting two assistant superintendents as they manage 8 middle school principals in Newark and Brooklyn.- Preparing workshops and meeting materials for over 100 school leaders in Uncommon’s Schools network- Analyzing student achievement data and staff survey results for over 5000 students and staff members in Uncommon’s Newark and Brooklyn Middle schools- Ensuring that workshop and meeting communication were developed and executed for over 70 Deans across Uncommon’s six cities: Boston, Camden, New York City, Newark, Rochester, and Troy

Princeton in Asia is an international non-profit committed to spreading goodwill and mutual understanding between the East and the West. As a Princeton in Asia fellow, I was responsible for: • Teaching over 200 freshmen and sophomore students at Northeastern University.• Developing over 4 course curriculums that enhance English proficiency and intercultural communication.• Interviewing over 30 Northeastern University professors for an intercollegiate English teaching exchange program with North Carolina State University. • Teaching courses that include Oral English, Public Speaking, Debate, and Biblical Cultural.

Cities of Service is a national non-profit committed to solving public problems in cities through impactful and sustainable citizen engagement. As the VISTA Leader for Cities of Service’s Resilience program I was responsible for: • Supporting 20 national service members in 10 US cities on their impact volunteering projects. • Facilitating over 10 cohort wide peer learning engagements in the form of Google Hangouts and webinars. (Topics include: service self-care, capacity building, and new ideas for mobilizing citizens for resilience work)• Assisting the Resilience program manager on city consultant calls and program evaluation. • Coordinating with the communications team on program stories and reports.
