Stanley Feldsott has been a member of the California State Bar since 1970. He is the President and Founding Principal of Feldsott & Lee, a law firm specializing in the representation of community associations. Mr. Feldsott received his preparatory education at the California State University at Northridge where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance in 1966. Mr. Feldsott received his Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) from the USC Gould School of Law in 1969. He is a member of the Federal Bar for the Southern and Central Districts of California and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.Mr. Feldsott has been a member of the Community Associations Institute since 1975 and was one of the original directors of the Southern Counties Chapter serving as its President in 1976. Furthermore, Mr. Feldsott is a former director of the Coachella Valley Chapter of CAI and has written numerous articles that have appeared in local and national chapter publications. Mr. Feldsott is the former dean of the Community Association Institute's Property Management Development Program and has taught and lectured at numerous institute conferences, both locally and nationally. He presently sits as a member of both the Education Committee and Finance Committee of the Southern Counties Chapter of C.A.I. Stanley has been the subject of interviews on national public radio and the David Horowitz shows and various newspapers including the Wall Street Journal and the Los Angeles Times. He has written numerous articles for various national and state magazines. He is regarded by his peers as one of the very best Association litigators. He has testified as an expert in numerous Association cases for both homeowners and Associations.During his 30 years plus of involvement in Community Association law, Stanley has attended over 2,000 Board meetings, 150 annual meetings and 90 special meetings of members. Having done hundreds of trials and countless depositions, Mr. Feldsott is very much at home in both the courtroom and deposition settings.
