- Development of general strategy for oversea market;- Building synergy of matrix management systems between the group level (among HQ, Business Unit and Overseas Company) and the oversea company level (among Function Department, Product Line and the Region) for the purpose of effective cooperation model, workflow model, and the corresponding KPI system.;- Planning and monitoring of overseas platform strategy; - Planning and executed Zoomlion Brasil and Russian factory construction projects;- Planned and implemented brand promotion activities in overseas market; - Planed and implemented all Zoomlion oversea advertisement, promotion activities and exhibitions;- Oversea market data analysis and suggestions on competition strategy;

Take the full responsibility for Zoomlion Mobile Crane sales out of China- Manage over 40 Zoomlion sales branches globally;- Build up and implement internal sales management and incentive polocy;- Develop and manage distribution channels;- Make and implement commercial polocy;- Promotion plan and implementation;- Key project handling;- Budget control for the Mobile Crane sales;- Comunication with Zoomlion manufacture BU;- Service team management and spare parts management;
