I wear three hats. Photographer, writer, and deputy sheriff. Starting in 2012, I began my journey in photography. Just a few short years later, I used my experience as a writer covering offroad racing in 2003 to build a foundation in writing about photography. I was accepted as a staff writer for Improve Photography. The experience let me learn about the inner workings of a website tuned for SEO while expanding my knowledge as a photographer. Since then, I have written for several other websites focused on photography. For the last couple of years, I have hung my writing hat at MilkyWayPhotographers.com. Even though MWP had a specific focus, I continue working in other areas of photography. I have become skilled at creating automotive light painting images. I continue to work at portrait photography, hone my skills in fantasy composites; and am always on the lookout to get sideline access at high school football games.
