Selling products and dealing with high profile customers at the top end of the market, state of the art equipment.

I was interested in starting a business in the sushi industry. I still think this would be a lucrative enterprise. I wanted to gain all the experience in the market performing tasks throughout the industry, to gain further insight in areas.

Working alongside the manager to gain experience in admin, payroll, databases, liaising with investors and suppliers. Retaining customers over the phone and dealing with customer service.

During university I wanted to start gaining experience in the sales industry, I started doing door to door and cold calling which I found a useful starting point into a sale career. I learnt various skills dealing with cold customers and picked up customer relation skills and directing the flow of conversation.
