● In-charge customer’s input/output management and coordinate with internal departments to make process smoothly.● Process orders and monitor following progress to fulfill customer’s shipping requirements.● Analyzing and planning enough resources, raw materials and capacity to support customer’s demand.● Generate regular reports about loading achievement rate, process cycle time and on time delivery performance for customers.● Follow up customer's new products status and coordinate with related departments to make it released into production.● Take a sub-leader position to assist manager on regular jobs of team members (5 to 7 people)
