My current work activities are within the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas and surrounding states. A company’s most important asset is the people executing the work ranging from networking, business development, risk control, estimating and operations. The management team must understand the skills and limitations of their people and resources, then providing the proper team structure to insure the success of their projects. All of this applies to a company targeting repeat business. Repeat business is the means to success in both a strong or starving economy. Your team’s client success through quality, scheduling, safety and cost control will guarantee an ongoing relationship even if it is simply high marks on recommendations.Along with a formal education in construction, I have also earned a comprehensive education in the field working directly in and with the trades. As a result, I have a well-rounded understanding of self-performed work, manpower needs, safety structure, equipment requirements, work activity sequencing and direct costs. Successful project coordination begins with a thorough understanding of contractual obligations developed under a well prepared scope of work and seamlessly flows from the pre-construction team to the operations team, supported by a well-organized and properly equipped subcontractor/supplier base.
