Landscape Restoration Project Officer will coordinate the planning, implementation and tracking of Range land Landscape Restoration project as well as provide technical assistance and contribute to knowledge generation. This position is aimed at supporting communities to restore forests in degraded and deforested lands in project targeted areas.Duties & ResponsibilitiesUnder the overall supervision of the Project Restoration Manger, Landscape Restoration Officer will have the following specific responsibilities:· Contribution in Project management and implementation.· Create detailed work plans, schedules for successful project completion that effectively allocate the resources to the activities.· Ensure that project activities are on-time, on-budget, and on-track for contributing to the achievement of the projects’ objectives and contractual obligations and programmatic objectives.
