- Was involved in the team's everyday practice and game day preparations and rehabilitations with the specified athletes.- Designed personal rehab routines for injuries such as sprains or minor muscle pulls.- Assisted head trainer in rehabilitating athletes with more serious injuries, such as broken bones or muscle tears.- Designed routines for athletes to complete to prevent injuries and build strength throughout their bodies, preparing them for game time situations.- Observed team practice from the trainer's area, incase of the occurrence of an injury.- Assisted in advanced rehabilitation sessions for specific injured athletes.- Created my own personal rehabilitation routines for injured athletes that were not very severe.- Learned many different workout routines and specified exercises to help prepare and prevent injury to athletes for games and practices, as well as post-game and post-practice rehabilitation routines.- Researched and incorporated many different unique stretches into pre and post game trainings that I had developed throughout the season.

- Set up all the equipment in the office in the morning, as well as cleaning up and placing all of the equipment in storage when the office closed.- Assisted the head Physical Therapist with all of the machines and patients throughout the day with different exercises and routines.

- Decided and assigned where each stand should be placed for each show.- Provided customers with the beverages or snacks of their choice during the concert.- Helped set up stands and stage for shows/concerts.- Kept inventory records of items, as well as the money taken in each night.- Assigned locations to the staff of bartenders.
