A2C (Access to Capital | Community | Connections) is Boston’s newest founders and funders community. We are on a mission to equitably amplify the next generation of tech-enabled ventures across Greater Boston. Our community is dedicated to spreading awareness to grow the number of underrepresented leaders (whatever that means to you!) in tech-enabled ventures.

-Created & implemented a Boston start-up fashion brand dedicated to my father’s legacy.-Oversee business development with new partnerships, clientele, & finance opportunities.-Develop & execute strategic projects focused on storytelling, marketing, & product sales.-Lead and collaborate with 5 diverse team members on various design & creative projects.-Implement marketing strategies for brand recognition & sales conversions through social media & industry partners such as Boston Globe, Boston Common Magazine, & Vogue Italia.

Identify client behavior trends using Excel and Salesforce reporting to increase departmental efficiency and mitigate client churn.Maintain engagement with a book of over 175 accounts-nurturing relationships to create upsell and cross-sell opportunities for new products.

New Business DepartmentManage social media project using Twitter for Bully Boy Distillers to help advertise for their upcoming events which would bring in up to 300 attendees. Produce creative geographic projects/maps to help analyze potential advertising and where print advertising can be used for clients that have been approved by high level executives.Conduct competitive research analysis for Liberty Mutual, Houghton Mifflin, and Bully Boy Distillers to evaluate their respective industries and what they should look out for.; Lead and conduct marketing research for clients such as John Hancock, including administering 50 plus surveys to fans at Red Sox games and recorded the results to assist with market research.Formatted 6 power point presentations discussing several competitors' advertisements through all media methods including print, television, and radio. Provided written suggestions verbalizing strategies for how John Hancock can better use their ad space with their sponsorship project for Fenway Park. Intern Collaborated in a team with 6 other interns to develop an advertising campaign for H&M and Versace collaboration For a presentation to the executive team and employees of Hill Holliday. Utilizes Microsoft Word to design and create marketing flyers and brochures to promote the Green team fair internally, which resulted in larger use of recycling bins, and informed colleagues about green initiatives.Attends internal company meetings on present and future projects that needed to be accomplished or reconstructed to meet designated due dates. Provided creative written suggestions on Dunkin Donuts new fall product line for their radio commercial advertisements.

Assisted with the improvement of the company's website development and design using Macro Media Dreamweaver, doing research and creating as well as writing the content that went into the site. Assisted in creating quarterly newsletter updating information on upcoming events, knowledge on LOT and how one's participation could be valuable to the growth of the program.Supported with communications and marketing of LOT through Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin. Mentor up to 12 high school students and volunteer at various networking events with social, career and business aspects of their lives.
