As an internal sales professional at City Electrical Factors, I supported the branch manager and the external sales team in managing existing accounts and generating new leads. I used my sales and customer relationship management (CRM) skills to provide excellent service, follow up on orders and invoices, and handle customer queries and complaints. I also contributed to the branch's sales targets and performance by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, negotiating prices and terms, and closing deals. I worked with a diverse and dynamic team of colleagues and customers, and learned from their feedback and guidance. I have completed my A levels in law, psychology, and sport and anatomy at Worthing College, where I developed my interest and knowledge in these fields. I also gained valuable skills in communication, research, and critical thinking, which I applied to my sales role. I am passionate about learning new things and improving myself, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities. I am looking for a new opportunity to further my sales career and to use my skills and competencies to make a positive impact on the organization and the customers.
