Stan is a veteran Global Commercial Leader. During his 43 year career with GE he was responsible for $140 Billion in orders in three of GE’s leading, diverse businesses. He is well known for his twelve years of expanding responsibility as the Global Commercial Leader for GE Power Generation products which grew from $3 to 23 Billion with 25,000 employees world-wide. Products included complete power plants, gas and steam turbines, wind turbines, solar panels, gas engines, nuclear plants, water systems and chemicals. Over his career Stan has gained extensive leadership, business and influence experience, through numerous Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Financial Planning and Acquisition positions in a broad range of GE businesses including GE Health Care, GE Computer Services, GE Aviation and GE Energy. He is known for his strategic thinking, results orientation, coaching, communication, commercial expertise and leadership.Stan holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from Marquette. He has been on the Board of Proctors Theater since 2006 and leads the Operations committee including responsibility for a district heating and cogeneration plant. He has received GE’s top sales award for 2008 orders of $26B and numerous GE Power Generation Leadership awards.
