1. Doing further training to new engineers more specifically providing on boarding and training for local new hires.2. Participate in POVs and POCs with Premier customers. Aiding the Sales Engineers by provided some technical assistance in setting up customers with new features so they are able to further assess newer product features.3. 1. Built some initial processes during the start of the Premier Support team. Also worked closely with the different regions and built relationships with new customers as we were ramping up and selling the service (mainly through trials).2. Chevron in the Philippines was operating a steam field in two locations in the Philippines. We were a small unit of 6 engineers with me as one the senior engineers that leads project development and implementation of drilling and workover projects.

Thermaprime Well Services Inc. provides turnkey drilling services (well construction engineering and providing rig services). I was a drilling operations engineer handling a continuous drilling and workover programs as well as individual process improvement projects.
