Support China Management with analysis / briefings / consolidation of projects and activities on going； -- To develop, establish and maintain business unit’s marketing strategies for a long term profitable growth； --Extend the channel in empty area and do new business such as E-business,OE channel,Etc. --Conduct market research and investigation; identify market demand and trend to define new product requirements and market strategy, including product features, business potentials, and key measures； --Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products； --Determine and manage the marketing budget, deliver marketing activity within agreed budget； --Define list prices and develop pricing strategy； --E-business management(T-mall & JD) ； --Lead the team and enhance the team.

--Responsible for parts sales in regional and guide work;--Responsible for give dealers’workers business,products,DMS training;--Answer dealers’business questions, support the spare parts promotion;--Analyze dealers’data in order to monitor abnormal dealers and sales situation；--Improve the service rate and help AS department improve CSI rank;--Ensure dealers comply with GHAC policies and achieve sales plan.
