After working in various industries for several years, I found the environment where I felt most at home, plastic injection molds.From CNC Lathing / Milling in a small tool shop, designer of Hotrunner systems for the Italian automotive market at Synventive Moulding Solutions, Tooling engineer, Tool improvement Engineer and currently as Teamleader (Team of 7 Tool Technicians) at the Toolshop at Polytec Plastics BV, I feel at home in all facets of the plastic injection molding industry, from the design to solving all sorts of problems.Many different problems have already passed my review, because of this I continue to face the challenges every day to keep the +/-500 molds that are running at our factory ready for production (44 IMM's).Working with IMM's from 35 Tons up to 2700 Tons, insert molding, 2K Injection, multi cavity, In mold decoration, in mold compounding, gas injection and more.Familiar with: various types of coatings, PVD AND CVD, specialized in Hotrunner types (not only Synventive, but also HRS, YUDO, PSG and INCOE.Software: ACAD, SOLIDWORKS, MS OFFICE, MS PROJECTS. APQPLanguages: English, good in general.German, good enough according to my German and Austrian colleagues🙂.
