Manage multiple Black Belt and Green Belt projects in many different areas (support the entire enterprise of Bell Helicopter) in the Dallas/Ft. Worth and have had great success in successfully using the Six Sigma techniques to improve many processes throughout all of Bell Helicopter. The Continuous Improvement group has been a big part of our double digit profit over the last few years. Work closely with senior leadership to develop and measure key performance indicators.

Manage the manufacturing and deliveries process of helicopter cases, cases sets, and other rotary parts. My team is responsible for the manufacturing and quality of the cases that are delivered to DSC Final Assembly, Amarillo Manufacturing and Mirabel Manufacturing facilities.

Support manufacturing in Producibility issues, develop a system to share the manufacturing best practices used at Bell Helicopter. Major part of the development of the collaboration tools (NexPrise or SharePoint) to help in the sharing of the best practices.

Americas Time Zone owner of Flexibility and manufacturing failure rate (MFR)•Successfully coordinated a program team to develop the process of implementing flexibility in the Demand Supply Center of the Americas. •Developed a flexibility configuration tool that will assess the risk of individual products of missing the customer’s demand requests. The tool will determine the feasibility of adding flexibility to individual production lines, factory, time zone or globally. The tool will be used in the demand supply balance and capacity implementation processes.

Regional Operations Support role was to supply engineering support to Alliance, Reynosa, and Manaus manufacturing facilities, manage the rollout of global projects in Americas TZ, and ensure the manufacturing facilities had the competence in place to support any new process or technologies.•Implemented a training program to improve the Industrial Engineering skills in the Americas TZ. (PE Excellence) •Trained more than 200 engineers/technicians in board assembly and final assembly equipment and processes.•Implemented many successful projects across the Americas TZ.

Managed the engineering group that supported the Centerport factory and helped design the factory layouts of Alliance, Reynosa and Manaus facilities. Developed the layouts and installed all the production lines in Alliance, Reynosa, and Manaus.•Moved the entire Centerport facility to Alliance in three months. •Helped in hiring the engineering staff in Reynosa and installed and supported the start-up of Reynosa factory.•Installed equipment and supported the start-up in the Manaus factory.

Worked with the global engineering groups to develop line layouts for the Centerport Factory. Worked in the Central Engineering group that supported the H500 production line.•Conducted many time studies for developing time standards and process improvement.•Re-laid out the H500 production line to improve efficiency.•Conducted experiments to pen point root causes of problems in the production line to improve the production line yield.
