Required to calculate the daily Net Asset Value of a $65 million investment fund.

- Manage Potash Ridge and Utah Alunite Corporation's (the company's wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary) general ledger, payroll function and accounts payable through QuickBooks.- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for the company's bank accounts.- Convertible securities valuation.- Reconcile all ledger accounts at the end of each reporting period and consolidate the Corporation and the subsidiary's financial information and prepare consolidated financial statements with the accompanying notes according to IFRS in preparation for the Corporation's IPO.- Prepare weekly budgets.- Develop and monitor the company's internal controls.
