As a sales person am responsible for satisfying my customers. There are many duties I do but the following are the most important ones: *Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.*Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.*Advises customers by providing information on products.*Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.*Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.*Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

I work at the Maharishi Institute as an assistant librarian. My duties are administrative work for the library. Helping students with anything they need at the library. I also coordinate the Internet cafe of the library. Making sure that the internet is running well. That there are enough computers for all students. Am also responsible for making sure that the computer servers are always upgraded. These also the duties I do at the library: - preparation and organization of library materials; - preservation of library materials; - bibliographic searching and retrieval; - serials processing; - circulation and lending; - reference and information services.

Conducting data analysis on companies.Also responsible for conducting RFI report (request for information) from companies.

I spend the first four months in digital marketing, was responsible for developing newsletters and postcards, using programming languages like HTML AND CSS. But am currently working at claims, working with Edcon stores. Am responsible for assigning calls to relevant people at Edcon Head office.I also processes Online captures, order and carton cancellations and adjustments for all Edcon stores.
