I was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1978 and the Oregon Bar in 2020, and have focused my practice on representing SMALL BUSINESSES and their owners, as well as residential and commercial REAL ESTATE acquisition, development, financing, as well as ZONING AND PERMITTING. The business portion of my practice, based on the philosophy described below, enables me to assist clients with ESTATE PLANNING and I consequently also handle ESTATE ADMINISTRATION matters.I have recently expanded my practice to include SPECIAL EDUCATION ADVOCACY and LAW and SPECIAL NEEDS PLANNING.Philosophically, I strive to build solid working relationships with clients to gain a full understanding of their goals, needs and desires, both professionally and personally, and then work with them to develop strategic and tactical plans and solutions to attain desired results.Specialties: My office offers a wide spectrum of legal services ranging from Small Business representation, with a specialty in family-owned operations, to Special Education Advocacy and Law, Estate Planning and Administration, including Special Needs Planning, and residential and commercial Real Estate, including Zoning and Permitting.
