Stan maintained a professional demeanor in his response and promptly supplied the paperwork from his files clearly defining the details that were agreed upon for that event. Stan also showed us the importance of building strong relationships and how that directly affected the development of his team members. He is gifted in this area. He has a strong work ethic and did not hesitate to call us even on his off days to see how we were doing and to offer any help he could. Not only did he offer helpful advice for areas of difficulty, but he is also a good listener and really took time to hear our problems or concerns. Amidst all of the chaos of the job, Stan stays focused and organizes himself in a way that prepares him for success. He is technologically savvy and offered helpful feedback to the IT department, resulting in system improvements to make processes more streamlined for everyone out in the field.
