Mr. Kay is a seasoned corporate and business lawyer with over forty years of service to small to medium-sized companies throughout the U.S. and abroad in all phases of their needs and operations, including start-up and organization, sophisticated equity and debt financing (including private placements), securities compliance, strategic alliances and joint ventures, technology licensing, and transnational business transactions. Mr. Kay was previously General Counsel to a $200 million high technology business of the Northrop Grumman Corporation, a major advanced technology and aerospace company.
