In charge of- preparing bank reconciliations in QuickBooks.- In QuickBooks, create and process supplier invoice payments.- Receive and handle expense claims and payment requests- Customers'/clients' billing- Preparation of SSNIT, WHT, VAT, and PAYE schedules for monthly payments.- In QuickBooks, create payroll journal entries.- Account management and reconciliation for creditors and debtors- Monthly physical stock counts and paperwork for businesses and warehouses.- Assist the General Manager in the creation of budgets and financial statements.
