I research and coordinate Initiatives designed to support PHA residents who have been impacted by violence and crime to services in the community.

In my dual role of Mobile Notary Public/Certified Loan Signing Agent, I acted as a witness while clients signed legal documents. I would then sign and apply my Notary stamp in the appropriate location on the document. I also administered legally binding oaths to clients during this process. As a Certified Loan Signing Agent, my duties required me to notarize financial and legal documentation related to loan documents for banking institutions. I primarily dealt with: new home loans, reverse mortgages, refinancing loans, closing contracts and property transfers. Some of my achievements are:* I'm a Pennsylvania Notary Public/Certified Loan Signing Agent recognized by National Notary Association.* I have successfully completed over 1,000 real estate document signings. * I obtained the title of Preferred Notary Public for the following loan signing services: Signature Closers, Accountable Agents and Solidifi.

In this role, I'm responsible for the transportation of medical items for the (Gift of Life/donated organs), to hospitals, labs and clinics. I manage pickups, deliveries and take orders. The following skills are needed in this role: organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills.* I have travelled as far north as Boston Massachusetts and as far south as Richmond Virginia from my base in Philadelphia, Pa.* I have successfully delivered hundreds of organs, and I have never missed a deadline.* I'm the #1 long distance driver for my company.

This position requires the following: schedule and conduct licensing/approval inspections to measure compliance with applicable laws and regulations by reviewing program records and a physical inspection of the facility. I investigated complaints and incidents to assess regulatory compliance and made appropriate referrals to law enforcement and other local health and human service agencies. I provided testimony at hearings/trials as required.* I was responsible for covering Bucks County,Pa, West Philadelphia, and Chinatown inPhiladelphia, Pa.* I worked alone primarily, but would assist my colleagues as needed.* I carried a case load of 50 child care facilities.

The primary role of this postion is child abuse investigations according toThe Child Protective Services Law of The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I was required to conduct daily field investigations, while meeting with various collateral contacts (law enforcement,CountyChildren & Youth Agencies, victims and perpetrators). All data must be collected and formatted via computer and submitted within prescribed timelines. I also completed administrative work regarding planning, analyzing, developing, coordinating, and implementing local social service programs. My duties also included the following:* Review, analyze and evaluate program objectives, policies, procedures, regulations, and on-going operations.* My work area consisted of the entire South East Region of Pennsylvania (Bucks County, Chester County, Delaware County, Montgomery County and Philadelphia County).

The City of Philadelphia Department of Human Services. I performed counseling, referral, placement and or adoptive functions related to services for children, youth, adults and the aging. The homeless population was also served. This work included performing case management activities, assessing client treatment plans, providingon-going counselingand referral services and or determining appropriate placement actions for children and youth. I maintained contact with clients and their families, along with representatives of various agencies. Working with the generalpublic was of major significance to this work.

This work consisted of youth custody and counseling work supervising a group of subordinates engaged in providing security, counseling and residential care to youths in a maximum security detention facility. I was responsible for a unit in the detention facility living area and all other areas where my residents travelled throughout the building. I monitored the interaction of subordinate staff and youths to ensure that security and discipline were maintained, and that constructive counseling of youths was provided by staff. I worked directly with staff and residents and assured that all activities were in accordance with the mandated Common Wealth of Pennsylvania, American Correctional Association and The City of Philadelphia departmental regulations. My primary focus was to maintain the safety of all individuals under my charge, and to prevent escapes and escape attempts.

This work consisted of public health and disease surveillance and control at the full performance level. I was primarily responsible for investigating and reviewing case information concerning incidences of AIDS and AIDS related syndromes in Philadelphia County or locating individuals with communicable diseases such as tuberculosis, venereal disease, measles, others and their personal contacts to inform them of the nature of their disease or illness and to motivate them to reveal their pertinent information and to medically treat. I was responsible for maintaining an assigned caseload of persons known or suspected of having a communicable disease.I had frequent contact and interaction with: public and private healthcare providers, registries, laboratories, and the general public.
