He has been commentator for Singapore's National Day Parade, trainer with the Singapore Media Academy, voiceover for Singapore Airlines' in-flight entertainment channel, multiple radio ads and corporate videos. He has also moderated and participated in panel discussions and hosted corporate events. He also gives back through pro or low-bono services to non-profit organisations.Stanley is also a proficient news editor and journalist with experience in public relations and events management. Stanley joined the public service in 2010 to serve overseas Singaporeans. His first role involved managing a team in devising & executing the communications strategy for the then-Overseas Singaporean Unit under the Prime Minister’s Office. He returned from the San Francisco Bay Area in mid-2018 where he had operated independently as an officer engaging and serving Singaporean communities in states and cities in the western half of continental USA and Canada. There, he amassed five years of international and intercultural work experience as a pioneering officer on the US West Coast developing and executing engagement strategies and programmes for overseas Singaporean communities.His career in the broadcast media industry, public service and private sector endows him with a unique appreciation of the operations and place of media, government and public relations. The depth and breadth of Stanley's competencies span news production and presentation, editing, to community engagement, marketing, social media and events management. He is an excellent bridge-builder, authentic, trustworthy and winsome, with high social intelligence and good work ethics - foundational to sowing enduring relationships with those he serves and serves with.
