• Lead Architect translating business requirements into detailed architecture and design for agile development environments• Responsible for building scalable SOA solutions using IBM BPM Technology Suite specializing in BAM tools• Document technical requirements and design technical solutions utilizing EA standards using iOrbus • Ability to oversee architecture development activities and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment• Conceptualizing Business Process Monitoring Models from Business Requirements• Create Logical Process Models and Technology Models• Strong Skills Configuring Widgets in IBM Business Space including but not limited to KPI Manager, Alert Manager, Diagrams, KPI History and Prediction• Experienced and Skilled in creating Monitor Models including KPI, Dimensional Reporting, dynamic Alerts.• Design and Develop Monitoring Contexts, Inbound/Outbound Events, Metrics• Strong Exposure to BAM Administration including install, uninstall, Creation of Schema for the monitor models• Design and develop the usage of DEF and CBE events in Business Monitor 8.5.5• Design, Customize, Develop, Test Business Monitors at an Application and Enterprise Level• Communicate Integrate and Collaborate with partner teams to make them understand the concepts of monitoring Business Events and the Value Adds.• Strong experience integrating BAM across different Technologies• Design/Code Complex Business Monitoring Models Across Disparate systems• Design/Code Aggregation KPI's, Dimensional Reporting, Alerts on Complex Business Events• Design/Code Data Intelligent Business Monitor Models and Continuous Analytics’ to create Outbound Events• Design/Code Monitor Models to detect and respond to complex Business Situations.• Usage of APM Tools to monitor Performance Data and generate Reports
