Stanley Munyao has an extensive and proven microfinance management track record and over 19 years’ experience of driving business growth in various financial institutions. Prior to founding Brisk Credit Limited, he worked in 4G-Capital as the Country Manager- Uganda, he also worked with Musoni Microfinance Limited as the Chief Executive Officer for 5 years. He was also the Chief Relationship Officer for Opportunity Tanzania Limited, an implementing member of the Opportunity International network. In Opportunity Tanzania, he led the institution into introduction of multiple products in SME/Education finance, Agriculture lending, deployment of technology and Social Performance Management.Previously, Stanley worked in Musoni Microfinance Limited as the Chief Operations Officer, focusing more on business growth and technology as alternative payment channel and service delivery. He initially joined Musoni Microfinance Limited from Aga Khan Agency for Microfinance where he worked as the Chief Operations Officer, and person in charge of East Africa Operations, tasked with transforming the business into financial sustainability.Stanley started his career in K-rep Bank Limited, a pioneer and leading microfinance institution in Kenya, rising from a loan officer to regional manager in a span of eight years. He holds an MBA from the Nazarene University, and BA degree from the United States International University and is currently pursuing a PHD in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi.
