Centralize product expertise and knowledge according to customer expectations and act as key product point of contact in the Simplified Chinese language within Welocalize.4. Implement Quality Program outlined by the account Quality Manager to meet customer-specific requirements with a view to improve efficiency, productivity, quality and customer service. Monitor quality metrics, customer feedback and vendor performance. Analyze client negative feedback and assist with remedial action plans. Communicate with client reviewer.5. Inform the Project Manager of progress status as required and show initiative to solve quality and deadline issues in a timely manner.6. Manage product-related queries.7.
