I ventured into the realm of mixed reality, implementing it into test floor operations, merging the digital and physical worlds to optimize workflows. Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate have been cornerstones in my quest for operational excellence while managing a team of 25 technicians. These tools have empowered me to modernize communication channels, automate tasks, and enhance reporting processes through SharePoint, I’ve bridged gaps, centralizing essential content for seamless team collaboration. Using these tool I have managed to increase process participation, improve connective, while increasing the quality of the data collected.My academic foundation from CSUSM in Global Supply Chain Management paired with hands-on experience has cemented my belief in continuous improvement.
