• Oversaw a $478,000 project to install new finished goods warehouse racking resulting in 546 added pallet spaces and a 0.25% increase in order fill rate • Wrote a Capital Asset Request for funding from headquarters for $98,550 to purchase and install a surge protection system for the distribution center; funding request was approved and project will be carried out

• Performed research at Seoul National University in Seoul, South Korea for 6 weeks to expand the knowledge base of our lab and develop a working relationship between the UT and SNU lab teams• Conducted experimentation and data analysis regarding the thermal properties of Graphene to draw meaningful conclusions about samples fabricated in the lab• Consolidated findings in an organized fashion for weekly lab meeting presentations

• Tested prototype units, designed and built test fixtures, and engaged in equipment troubleshooting to facilitate the operations of the research and development lab• Designed and revised parts on Unigraphics software to be produced in the fabrication department; prototypes later became production parts• Worked with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment such as the knee mill, sheet metal shear, table saw, and drill press to fabricate prototype parts and lab enclosures• Assisted and communicated with a variety of plant employees including engineers, technicians, line operators, maintenance staff, marketing associates, and managers
