As the Assistant Principal at Eustis Heights Elementary School, I am dedicated to fostering an environment where both students and teachers can thrive. In my role, I oversee various aspects of school administration, including curriculum development, staff mentoring, and student discipline. My goal is to create a supportive and dynamic educational experience that encourages academic excellence and personal growth for all students. By addressing the individual needs of students and supporting teachers I aim to create a nurturing environment that promotes both academic and personal success.Prior to my current position, I served as the Math Coach at Leesburg High School, where I had the privilege to lead the math department and help students find success in mathematics. My diverse background in education has allowed me to work with students in Elementary, Middle, and High School settings, honing my expertise in teaching mathematics across all grade levels, from Kindergarten through 12th grade. This experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of the educational journey students undertake and the challenges they face at each stage. Beyond the classroom, I have an adventurous spirit rooted in my upbringing. Growing up in the beautiful town of Weirsdale, Florida, I developed a deep appreciation for nature and a thirst for knowledge. As an Eagle Scout, I embrace the values of leadership, community service, and personal growth. The experiences and lessons learned through scouting have instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to giving back to the community, values that I strive to impart to my students.Family plays a central role in my life. I am blessed with a loving wife and two wonderful sons who bring joy and support to my journey as an educator. Their unwavering encouragement and understanding have been the driving force behind my commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of my students. Balancing my professional and personal life has taught me the importance of empathy, patience, and perseverance.
