• L&D Supervisor works in different hotels in Shenzhen Area• Independently run daily operations

• Pre-opening Hotel Simulation Program• Performance Monitor. Assisting Trainer to follow up actions with departments to improve ratings.• Co-ordinate with Personnel Department on new hire and conduct orientation• Responsible for organizing and coordinating the implementation of the hotel's annual and monthly training plans• Feedback hotel training implementation results to superior leaders on schedule• Communicate and co-ordinate with other Departments for the list of participants for all kinds of training in the hotel• Communicate with relevant departments and colleagues to obtain necessary assistance for the work• In-depth understanding of department needs and putting forward feasible teaching suggestions• Monitoring the departmental training and the Group core trainings arrangement• Assisting the L&D Manager in achieving HR goals and objectives
